Open Access Policy

JPCR is a fully open-access journal. All articles are freely and permanently available to read, download, copy, distribute and reuse immediately upon publication, without any subscription, registration or payment.

The journal supports the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative. By removing financial and access barriers, JPCR promotes the widest possible dissemination and use of research, particularly across Zambia, Africa and the developing world.

Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, and authors retain the copyright of their work.
