Archiving & Preservation

To ensure the long-term preservation and continued availability of its content, JPCR makes use of recognised digital preservation systems.

The journal's content is preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and LOCKSS/CLOCKSS-compliant archiving, which create distributed, permanent archives across participating libraries. In addition, article metadata and full text are maintained within The Copperbelt University's institutional infrastructure, and each article is assigned a persistent DOI through Crossref.

These measures ensure that JPCR content remains accessible even if the journal ceases to publish.
