About the Journal
The Journal of Peace and Conflict Research (JPCR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Copperbelt University through the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor – Research and Innovation. The journal disseminates original research, reviews, case studies, and policy analyses in the interdisciplinary fields of peace, conflict, and security studies.
JPCR covers topics such as peacebuilding, conflict analysis and resolution, security and human security, governance and the rule of law, human rights and justice, development and resource conflicts, gender and peace, and regional integration and international relations, among other fields. It draws on the expertise of the Dag Hammarskjöld Institute for Peace Studies and partner units of the Copperbelt University.
