Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by any other journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The manuscript is prepared in Microsoft Word using 12-point Times New Roman, one-and-a-half line spacing, on A4 paper, with margins of 40 mm on the left and 25 mm at the top, bottom, and right.
• Pages are numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals at the bottom centre, beginning with the abstract as page 1; no headers or footers carrying section or chapter titles are used.
• The manuscript is organised as Abstract, Text, Acknowledgements, and References. The abstract does not exceed 500 words and states the problem, methods, main results, and conclusions.
• The title is centred and followed by the author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s), with the corresponding author and a valid email address clearly indicated.
• Sources are cited in the text using parentheses (author and date); footnotes and endnotes are not used, and every in-text citation appears in the reference list.
• Figures and tables are numbered consecutively, placed after their first mention in the text, and each carries a caption (figure captions below the figure, table captions above the table).
• The manuscript has been prepared for double-blind peer review: all author names, affiliations, and identifying information have been removed from the text and the file properties.
• The research complies with applicable ethical standards; ethical approval and informed consent have been obtained where relevant, conflicts of interest are declared, and permission has been obtained for any third-party material.
